A a member of our partner network, you acknowledge and agree that the services provided to you are free and intended for any and all of the licensed professionals of the industries named within the states where Revere Home Loans, LLC is authorized to do business and that they do not create any unique advantage for one partner member over any other partner member. You understand that all partner members have equal opportunity to consume this site’s content and make requests. You also acknowledge and agree to attest for compliance that, as a result of your membership herein, you are not expected nor have you ever been expected to provide in any way any clients referrals, future business, financial compensation, or any other thing of monetary value to Revere Home Loans, LLC. You agree to report timely any violation of this Terms of Use, either by another partner member or by a member of the Revere Home Loans team, to Revere Home Loans partner leadership.

You agree to grant Revere Home Loans, LLC a royalty-free, unrestricted license to use any and all content in any format, data, or information–such as and not limited to individual or company logos, photos, videos, social media links, property listing info, and any other digital assets or media–as needed to produce and deliver any service(s) you have requested. You acknowledge that you are the owner of any and all content you share with us or that you have been previously granted permission by the content owner to share the content with us. You agree that any audio, video, photo, document, or other media produced by Revere Home Loans, LLC and delivered to you for your use is the property of Revere Home Loans, LLC and that Revere Home Loans, LLC grants you a royalty-free, unrestricted license to utilize the delivered media in any form (digital or physical) however, wherever, and whenever you see fit for your own purposes in promoting your business.

You acknowledge and understand that Revere Home Loans, LLC may, at any time and without notice, create, modify, or remove any new or existing services and offerings, growth tools, toolkit categories, deliverables, methods, processes, content, collateral, technology platforms, or other programs. You agree that Revere Home Loans, LLC provides no warranty, expressed or implied, in the delivery or fulfillment of your requests and that any advertised fulfillment times do not represent, either expressed or implied, a service level agreement or contractual obligation of any kind but are rather best-effort, good faith delivery estimates. You may cancel or change membership plans at any time, and Revere Home Loans, LLC assumes no obligation or commitment on your part to participate in any of the offered tools and services.
